There are four levels in this course; Level 2, Level 3, Level 4 and Level 5.At the moment, Akademi Mahir Sabah offers IT-020 course for Level 2, Level 3 and Level 4.

A computer systems assistant technician is designated to provide user support such as to maintain, repair, and monitor components and equipment of computer, their related systems and peripherals. The work carried out independently or in a team. He/she must be able to carry out assigned tasks.
LEVEL 3 - OCCUPATIONAL DEFINITION (12 MONTHS)
Computer Systems Technician
A computer systems assistant technician is designated to provide user support such as to maintain, repair, and monitor components and equipment of computer system, network connectivity and their peripherals. The work carried out independently or in a team in a variety of environments. The person should be able to perform supervisory tasks.
LEVEL 4- OCCUPATIONAL DEFINITION (22-24 MONTHS)
Systems Assistant Engineer A Systems Assistant Engineer is designated to administer, organise and conduct activities pertaining to development plan, user support, installation and maintenance of computer system, storage management as well as security and recovery.
Qualification
- At least pass SPM exam and Credit Bahasa Malayu
- Age 18 to 35 years old
- Malaysian citizen
