PLANTATION (Y-030 - 1&2)
This course is designed for trainees interested in the plantation industry especially in the estate management practices. It is conducted in accordance to the Standard Kemahiran Pekerjaan Kebangsaan (SKPK) issued by Jabatan Pembangunan Kemahiran (JPK).
ABOUT THE COURSE
This course will provide trainees the skills in the Plantation field. Trainees will be exposed to various aspect of plantation field operation chemicals used crop management operations and managing the workforce.
COURSE CONTENT
- Adhere to Safety Rules and Regulations.
- Conduct Muster.
- Implement Work Guidelines and Work Progress.
- Perform Work General Functions.
- Perform Recording Activities.
- Supervise Report Vehicles Movement and Maintenance.
- Maintain Crop Quality Control.
- Ensure Discipline and Order.
- Prepare Payroll.
TRAINING DURATION
10 months* + 2 months practical
Qualification
- At least pass SPM exam.
- Age 18 to 35 years old
- Malaysian citizen
